Our Facilities

In our Hong Kong headquarters, we have a library with all major sales catalogs, breeding books and videos available for our members. Vacation homes are being planned at several horse breeding capitals of the world:

New Zealand

The Club has secured exclusive usage of 300 acres of one of the best thoroughbred breeding grounds in Waikato, New Zealand for our Full Members. The detailed construction plan for a 5-star farm house is now at advanced stage for City Council's approval. Interim housing facilities are available nearby. The farm graduates include Horse of The Year in Australia and New Zealand. The farm is within 15 minutes from the Hamilton Airport and 10 minutes from downtown Hamilton, New Zealand.

Ireland
Advanced negotiation is now taking place with one of the best stud farms in Ireland. There is a 5-star golf course within the property. Interim 5-star lodging facilities are available in November 2005 for our Full Members. The property is within a 2-hour drive or 45-minute helicopter ride from the Dublin Airport. The farm has bred some of the best thoroughbreds in the world.

Capetown, South Africa
Advanced negotiation is taking place at one of the largest stud farm estates in Capetown with over 2000 acres of property. We expect to reach an agreement by 2006. Construction could begin in 2007 subject to the City Council's approval. The property is one of the oldest and most successful stud farms, with a private game reserve and an award-winning vineyard. The farm is within 30 minutes drive from the Capetown International Airport.
